Adopting.org — unbiased resources, information and discussion forums for potential adoptive families, adoptees, birth parents and adoption professionals

Adoption Blessings Journal — free quarterly newsletter for adults in the adoption triad (adoptees, birth parents and adoptive parents). The ministry also offers counseling, support groups, mentoring and resources for those touched by adoption.

Adoption Option Committee, Inc. — a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting adoption as a selected outcome for unplanned pregnancies. The Committee supplies resources and success stories about adoption options.

Adoption.com — the Internet’s biggest adoption site, providing information, resources, current events and links for birth parents and adoptive families

The Barker Foundation — a non-profit, comprehensive adoption agency providing pregnancy, adoption services and related family services for clients and birth parents. The Barker Foundation is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and supplies complete and caring adoption services before, during and after the adoption takes place.

Bethany Christian Services — a non-profit, pro-life, Christian adoption and family services agency with more than 75 locations in 30 states, serving both birth parents and adoptive parents

Care Net — a non-profit, Christian ministry assisting and promoting the evangelistic, pro-life work of over 800 pregnancy resource centers in the United States and Canada. Care Net Centers offer free pregnancy tests, peer counseling, post-abortion support and other practical help to empower women and men facing pregnancy-related concerns.

Catholic Charities USA — one of the largest private social services networks in the United States. Catholic Charities USA provides support to people in need, regardless of their religious, social or economic backgrounds.

Crossing Over Ministry and Roe No More — Norma McCorvey (“Jane Roe” of Roe vs. Wade) shares her testimony about her crisis pregnancies, her new life in Christ and her pro-life ministry.

Families for Private Adoption — a non-profit adoption support and education group that advocates and encourages private (non-agency) adoption. FPA supplies legal and parenting resources, and sponsors adoption-related support groups in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Feminists for Life of America — a non-sectarian, grassroots organization that seeks real solutions to the challenges women face. Efforts focus on education, outreach and advocacy, as well as facilitating practical resources and support for women in need.

Jewel Among Jewels Adoption Network — founded by author and speaker, Sherrie Eldridge, the network educates those touched by adoption about grief, loss and healing. Visit the website for resources, free adoption workbooks (one in Spanish), nine years of archived newsletters, published articles, coaching, e-devotionals, encouragement and Sherrie’s speaking topics and schedule.

Kingdom Kids Adoption Ministries — a non-profit, Christian ministry that encourages families to consider adoption, educates believers about adoption issues and equips families to finance adoption through fundraising grants

Loving and Caring — a non-profit, information ministry that provides resources to bring healing and hope to women, children, their families and others in relationship with them. Loving and Caring conducts training for agencies and Christian ministries which serve teen moms, single parents and families affected by a crisis pregnancy.

National Council for Adoption — works to promote the well-being of children, birth parents and adoptive families by advocating for the option of adoption. Its programs advance infant adoption awareness, birth mother protection, reduction of adoption obstacles, training and education for adoption agency officers and effective advocacy. Its website contains state-by-state adoption law information.

Option Line — Option Line’s toll-free, 24/7 nationwide hotline (1-800-395-HELP) refers the caller to a pregnancy resource center in her area. Trained, caring consultants can answer confidential questions about pregnancy tests, STDs, abortion, adoption, parenting, medical referrals, housing and other pregnancy-related issues. The website lists pregnancy centers by state or province.

Ramah International — a non-profit ministry that offers hope of healing to women and men struggling with a past abortion. It ministers to those in crisis pregnancies and educates, equips and encourages those working with post-abortive and abortion-minded individuals.
